Flexible, annealed, tinned copper conductor, class 5 based on International standard IEC 60228. Suitable for mobile service.
- INSULATION:
Crosslinked polyolefin, halogen free, according to Harmonised Standard EN 50618.
- OUTER SHEATH:
Crosslinked polyolefin, halogen free, according to Harmonised Standard EN 50618.
Single-core cable, double jacketed. They are suitable for fixed and mobile installation.

User´s guide:
SOLFLEX H1Z2Z2-K is intended for fixed or mobile(heavy duty) photovoltaic (PV) installations in ground, rooftop systems or other architectural integrations. They are suitable for indoor or outdoor installations.
Ideal for solar trackers which require flexibility and aptitude for mobile service.
It is recommended for panel interconnection in PV installations or from the string boxes to the inverter.
Installation methods*:
• Surface mounted inside conduits or protective channels or directly installed on clamps, ladders or cable trays.
• It can be used in rooftop installations or in other types of architectural integrations.
• It can be installed as internal wiring of electrical panels or equipments.
• Buried in conduit in the ground.
In the case of placing the cable on clamps, the horizontal distance between the clamps will not be more than 20 times the diameter of the cable. The distance is also valid between support points in case of laying on cable racks or on trays. In no case should this distance exceed 80 cm.
– Weather and UV resistant according to annex E of standard IEC 62930 and EN 50618.

MIGUÉLEZ conducts studies and assessments of the water resistance of the SOLFLEX H1Z2Z2-K cable by applying the available tests that grant this classification to other products. In this regard, the photovoltaic cable SOLFLEX H1Z2Z2-K successfully passes the tests specified in Annexes D and E of EN 50525-2-21.
These tests are applicable to cables considered suitable for installation under AD8 submersion conditions in the installation scenarios permitted and foreseen for such products in accordance with EN 50565-2.
- Suitable for the application in/at equipment with protective insulation (protection class II).
- They are inherently short-circuit and earth fault proof acc. to HD 60364-5-52.
- Intended for use in PV installations acc. to HD 60364-7-712.
- Easy to handle and install, easy stripability.
- Suitable to common connector types.
